Our Fuel men’s gathering will meet remotely via conference call for next two Tuesdays (March 17 and March 24). Call in by 6:30am to 703-230-1222 (Code: 7600). Please check this page or RBC’s coronavirus updates for information on the weeks to come.
What does it mean to be a man? What is manhood? How do men act? Manhood today is not only in a state of confusion, but in a state of crisis.
Men, join us as we journey together into Authentic Manhood.
Men’s FUEL meets on Tuesday mornings from 6:25-7:30 a.m. in the RBC Youth Building (Sr. High Room).
If you are not receiving FUEL email, and you would like to be included on the FUEL email list, please let us know at email@example.com.
Speaker and author Stu Weber said it well: “Our culture is in deep trouble, and at the heart of its trouble is its loss of a vision of manhood.”
At Fuel, our desire is to help men grow and live to be the authentic men God designed them to be as modeled by Jesus Christ. The type of manhood God created us to live cannot be achieved with our self-effort. Only a real, personal, and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ can provide us with the fuel we need to live out authentic manhood.
Imagine a church where men lead in their marriages, men lead in raising their children, men lead in protecting those who are weak and oppressed, men take the initiative for the benefit of others. Imagine a world where men aren’t passive and where men don’t merely dominate hobbies, but dominate areas of eternal significance.
This is the most important journey you can possibly be on. This is the promise of authentic manhood. To live the life of truth, passion, and purpose you were created to live.
At Fuel weekly, we help men bridge the gap between information and an intimate walk with Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, fellowship with other like-minded men, and testimonies of God at work in and around us.
