We will talk about what it means to be forged in the fire, to take responsibility for your life, to lead your family with conviction, and to stand unashamed in a culture that pressures men to shrink back. Every man will be invited to step into biblical manhood, not as a concept, but as a calling and to leave equipped to walk in courage, discipline, and unshakable faith.

About the Speaker

Michael Morisi is a pastor, speaker, and leader with over 30 years of experience in business, ministry, and leadership development. But his greatest credential is not found on a résumé, it’s found in a life transformed by Jesus Christ.

Before answering the call to ministry, Michael walked through seasons of deep brokenness, including time in prison, where God met him in a powerful and undeniable way. What the enemy meant for destruction, God used for redemption, awakening in him a bold, unshakable faith and a passion to see others experience the same freedom.

Today, Michael serves as a Pastor and as Vice President of The Family Foundation’s Church Ambassador Network, where he equips pastors and leaders to stand firm in truth and engage the culture with a biblical worldview. He is the co-founder of Unshakable Ministries and the voice behind the Unshakable Shepherds movement, calling men and leaders across the nation to rise up with courage, conviction, and clarity.

Michael is known for his bold, authentic, and Spirit-led communication style, calling men to reject passivity, embrace responsibility, and live fully surrendered to Jesus Christ. He and his wife have been married for over 20 years and are raising their family with a deep commitment to faith, truth, and legacy.
