- How intensely are you aware of the battle between the regenerated self and the old man? If you are comfortable share a bit more about that struggle in your own life.
- Given this passage, why do you think Christians are so hesitant to acknowledge the struggle and to pretend like we are “all good”?
- When it comes to the battle why do you think we struggle to take “the way out that God provides?” Do you think most believers are aware of their sin areas and should be able to note the “way out” more quickly? Explain.
- When you think of “walking in the Spirit,” explain what you believe that means.
- How difficult is it for you to bear with the short comings of others? Explain.
