- Have you ever had a time in your journey in which you felt that you had been forsaken by God? Please share it if you feel comfortable.
- What facilitated you being able to come through that time?
- Were other followers of Jesus Christ helpful during that time? Why or why not?
- Why do you believe it is so difficult to move from Step 3 (request for God to take action), and Step 4 (a declaration of trust)?
- Have you ever had an opportunity to walk with another in a journey of lament? What have you learned from that experience?
