January 23, 12:00pm: Check back here for updates related to the winter storm and its impact on RBC services and events this weekend. Decisions about worship services will be posted here by no later than 7:00am Sunday morning.

Weekday Activities

In case of inclement weather during weekdays, check the RBC website for information on cancellations. You can also call your Ministry Leader or the church offices at 703-404-5010.

RBC Ministry Activities

If Loudoun County public schools are closed, RBC ministry activities will be canceled. Cancellations will be posted to the RBC website as soon as the information is available.

If Loudoun County public schools are on a 2-hour delay, morning ministry activities will be canceled. Afternoon and evening activities are subject to parking lot conditions at the discretion of the ministry leader.

RBC Offices

If Loudoun County government (not schools) is closed, RBC offices will be closed. A one- or two-hour delay in the government opening will carry over to RBC offices as well.

Weekend Services

In case of inclement weather on the weekends, please check the RBC website for updates. If a decision to close or postpone the services is made, the information will be posted to the website by 7:00 a.m. on Sunday. If you are involved in serving at the Sunday services, your Ministry Leader will contact you directly.
