Join the Untying the Knots of the Heart small group studies for men and women (meeting separately) that helps spouses address and redeem their emotions, pain, and relationships through the Gospel. This is a 24-week discipleship journey of discovery, healing, and of deeper understanding of our own hearts. Join us and discover the God who tenderly untangles the knots of our hearts. This is more than just a class—it’s a powerful and life-changing journey of discovering how the Gospel speaks to the deepest places of our hearts. Untying the Knots of the Heart helps us:

• Process emotions and past wounds in a biblical way
• Understand how our heart patterns shape our relationships
• Find freedom from shame, anger, fear, and brokenness
• Experience healing and transformation through God’s truth

The study combines teaching, personal reflection, group discussion, and practical exercises to help participants move from head knowledge of the Gospel to heart-level transformation.

This class will meet on Sundays from 4:30 to 7:30pm and spans 24 weeks, with the first half beginning September 21, 2025, and the second half beginning in January 2026.
