SUMMARY:Will & Trust Workshop
DESCRIPTION:RBC will host a free Will & Trust Workshop on March 18. This one hour workshop is an extension of our Financial Peace course\, but is open to everyone. It will take place 6:30-7:30pm Monday evening upstairs in Room 250. \nThis workshop will cover important estate planning topics relating to your family\, biblical stewardship\, and legal options you should consider. Topics covered will include: \n\nDoes a last will guarantee that my wishes will be honored?\nWhat’s the difference between a will and a trust—and what’s right for my family?\nWhat about guardianship for children or disabled family members?\nIs joint tenancy a good idea?\nAre DIY internet services good enough?\nWhat does the Bible say about leaving an inheritance?\nWhy should any of this matter to the Christian believer?\n\nThere will also be time for Q&A. \nThis is not a sales event – no brochures or applications will passed out. These workshops are a ministry of American Family Estate Planners. AFEP has been conducting these seminars at local churches for over a decade\, including at RBC’s Financial Peace University\, Cornerstone\, McLean Bible and Immanuel Bible Church\, in addition to other churches all across the country.
