DESCRIPTION:A GriefShare support group is a safe\, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief.\nThrough this group\, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat\, orderly stages of grief\, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief\, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way \nThe next session meets September 13 to December 13. We will not meet November 29.  We will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Sundays in Room 236 (upstairs in the main building). The classes are not consecutive\, so you can jump in on any class and then make up the ones you’ve missed either online or in the next session. You do not need to be an RBC attendee to attend GriefShare\, and there is a $20 cost for materials.
