DESCRIPTION:Many of our Guilford families are still dealing with financial difficulty\, and being a kid in the summer of COVID-19 looks a lot different than in years past\, right?\nHelp us support these precious families through Biblical hospitality! \nWhile the kids have been supplied with super basic schooling supplies already (scissors\, pencils\, crayons\, etc)\, the financial luxury of encouraging them to be creative and play\, other than on a screen\, simply isn’t affordable for these families. \nSign up to provide a bag of activities for a Guilford family! \nHere is what to keep in mind: \n\nInclude materials for 3 children in your bag\nKeep the items generalized for Kindergarten – 5th-grade children\nItems should be gender-neutral OR include supplies for both boys and girls\n\nSign up here\nSome ideas for items to include:\n\nUNO cards\nPlaying cards\nWater balloons\nSquirt guns\nBubbles\nSidewalk chalk\nIndoor bowling\nPlay-Doh\nPaint and paintbrushes\nItems to paint (like wooden boxes\, watercolor paper\, flower pots\, etc)\nWashable markers\nColored pencils\nColoring books\nCard making kits\nStickers\nAny other craft supplies\, games\, or summer fun toys\n\nPlease drop off your bag(s) in the bins on the Guilford table in the lobby on Sunday\, July 12 or July 19\, before services. If you cannot attend Sunday services\, you may drop off your bag(s) in the lobby on Monday\, July 13\, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. \nThank you for loving our neighbors made in God’s image and for sharing your time with His children!
