Providing Fellowship and Spiritual Encouragement to Women with Young Children

Moms Connection Vision:

- To focus our hearts on Christ and to grow deeper in our personal relationship with Him.

- To provide opportunities for moms to fellowship and build deep friendships with one another.

- To provide practical advice, resources, and encouragement in our roles as wife and mother.

- To encourage each other to reach out to our non-Christian friends and neighbors.

Morning Fellowships

Monthly Morning Fellowships are an opportunity to meet new moms and connect with friends. We will have opportunities to hear from fabulous speakers and discuss in small groups our theme for the year: The Fruit of the Spirit.

This year we will be meeting on the 4th Friday of the month from 9:30-11:30am at the Main Campus in Room 111 (downstairs). Childcare will be provided in our nursery facilities.

Small Groups

Want to connect with moms on a deeper level in a smaller setting and provide a place for your children to socialize with others? Check out our small groups!

Ashburn/Leesburg: Meets on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each month from 9:30-11:30am at Courtney Cassada’s home in Ashburn. Contact Kelly Faircloth at kellyfaircloth@yahoo.com for more information.

Centreville/Herndon (Fox Mill Estates): Meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 9:30-11:00am. On the 1st Tuesday, we meet at Pam Watson's home in Centreville to play. On the 3rd Tuesday, we meet at Marty Kline's home in Herndon to pray. Childcare will be provided for the prayer time. Book Club: Discuss a different Christian book each month. Meets from 10:00am-12:00noon at Diana Boysen's home in Sterling. Day to be determined. Contact Diana, 703-421-0123. Child care provided.

New-Moms: For expecting and first time moms. Meets every other Friday morning from 10am-12noon at Megan Guthrie’s home in Sterling. Moms fellowship and talk about things that concern new moms while the children play. We end each gathering in prayer. Contact Megan at 703-444-3239 or chrisnmegan@comcast.net.

Preschool Play Group: Meets every other Thursday from 10:00-11:00am at two locations in Sterling off Algonkian Parkway. For 2-3yr. olds. Moms all help out and kids have fun learning. Contact Lydia at 703-433-5732 for more information and availability.
