Welcome! Those of us blessed with the opportunity to work in the wedding ministry are excited to help you prepare for marriage at Reston Bible Church. We hope that the information provided is helpful.
The church is available for weddings to anyone who is attending RBC on a regular basis. Anyone who is married at RBC must go through marriage counseling and have the blessing of one of our pastors.
RBC is committed to helping couples build Christ-centered marriages that will last a lifetime and RBC pastors are committed to spending time with prospective brides and grooms to ensure that they will become couples faithful to this principle. This premarital counseling plays a vital role in helping RBC attendees approach marriage in a biblical way, and is a required part of our wedding ministry.
We recommend that the wedding process begin a minimum of six months before the ceremony to allow time for premarital counseling, pastoral interviews and facilities scheduling. The first step in the process is to review the RBC Wedding Policies. These policies answer many of the questions you may have regarding having a wedding at RBC and outline the process to set a wedding date and reserve the church.
