SEVENTWENTYFOUR hosted a series in June & July 2007 called Summer Love. This series will takes a look at singleness and romance.

Romantic relationships will eventually affect nearly everyone - but has God simply given us desire and passion without instruction? Is pursuit, dating, or courtship something tossed our way like a grenade... and we are to just play around with it until we figure it out? Not at all so. God has devoted an entire book of the Bible to laying out guidelines and principals of romantic relationships and through the teachings of Pastor Tommy Nelson, we will look at a biblical narrative of attraction, dating & courtship.

This is not a series that promotes marriage or dating over singleness, but it should accomplish at least two things: first, as a single person, you need to stand strong in your singleness, not misusing, not wasting it. Secondly, should you at some point in your singleness find it wise to engage in a romantic relationship, this series will equip you with practical guidelines in doing so.

If you are married, you will find this series equally beneficial - the guidelines taught here will help keep your marriage fresh and engaging as you continue to learn deeper levels of love and commitment with your spouse.
