FINANCIAL INFORMATION NOTES

1. Please note that RBC changed its fiscal year in 2007. The figures under
“2008” at left represent the period from September 1, 2007 through August
31, 2008. Therefore, the figures for 2007 only represent an eight-month
period.

2. On the income side for the new fiscal year (2008), the following line items
are not budgeted for and therefore are shown as blank: Focus on Eternity,
Needy/Benevolent/Katrina, and Other.

3. The unusually large increase in budget for Adult Ministries from 2006
through 2008 is primarily due to the addition of two new pastors, Tony
Pedroni and a yet-to-be-determined pastor.

4. The substantial drop in year-end balances for the General Fund from
2006 to 2007 reflects the fact that 2007 was an eight-month year that
spanned what traditionally includes RBC’s lowest giving months, and does
not include what is always the highest giving month (December). Since the
2008 financial year is a full twelve months, this anomaly should not appear
again.

5. The weekly budget for 2008 as published in the bulletin is the sum of
what we pray God will provide for the General Fund, Designated Missions
and Investments ($4,473,678) divided by 52, or $86,032 per week.
