Pastor of Shepherd Groups, ElderTony was born in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in Glen Burnie and Carroll County Maryland. After graduating from South Carroll High School, Tony entered the US Air Force. It was during this time that he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. Tony met Donna in 1982 while they both were serving at the same Air Force base. They were married in July 1985 and have been blessed with four children: Kelly, Shannon, Jesse, and Ryan. He holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Towson State University and a M.A. degree in Evangelism from Columbia International University.
After seven years of selling life insurance, Tony and Donna sensed God's call to take the Gospel to the unreached. They served as missionaries to Croatia from 1996-2007, prior to joining the RBC staff in March of 2007. Tony enjoys vacationing with his family on the coast (Croatian coast is his favorite), eating Maryland blue crabs, watching Redskins football, and playing golf.
As the Shepherd Group Pastor, Tony is primarily responsible for the development, oversight, and growth of our Shepherd Group Ministry. This includes the equipping and caring for the shepherd group leaders and their wives. In addition, he oversees and directs other opportunities that would facilitate and enhance adult fellowship at Reston Bible Church.
